Refund policy

 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the items. The items must be in the same condition they were received and have the tags attached to be eligible for a return.  

Items bought on sale are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returns are accepted in our store.  If you would prefer to ship your return, request a return by sending an email to hello@bouncemkt.com. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the final credit amount.
